Terms and Conditions
Full refunds are offered when reservations are cancelled and unused tickets are received at least 48 hours prior to date of use. Reservations cancelled and tickets received less than 48 hours prior to date of use will not be eligible for a refund.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is due 60 days before the departure date.
- Southern Utah Scenic Tours reserves the right to cancel or change tours, schedules, and prices.
- There is a $50 Fuel Fee for all tours except Tuacahn.
- Tours may be subject to minimum passenger requirements. A minimum of ten people is required for the Grand Circle Tour.
- No animals permitted except those assisting sight- or hearing-impaired guests.
- Guests with special dietary needs must give advance notice for tours that include full-day lunch service.
- A 10% discount is offered for parties booking more than one tour.
- Customers of Southern Utah Scenic Tours are eligible for discounts at numerous hotels and motels located in St. George, Cedar City, Mesquite and Las Vegas.
